So I was in the library in between classes and I noticed this guy in the table in front of me with an afro . I noticed him mostly because of his afro and from the fact that he was just sitting there talking to some girl in the library. I go to the uwm union to re-fill my water bottle and BOOM I see ass ,it took awhile to register what was going on and I noticed it was a guy so I thought I wanna see his penis so I start walking and by this time a crowd starts to emerge on the stairs of the union by the time I got a good spot he was outside so me and some new found friends proceed to outside and there he was same guy from the library butt ass naked on the ground outside the union surrounded by cops. We tired going out the door but Officer Campos asked us to go out another door , and so we did. There was about 6 officers and they had a very hard time getting the hand cuffs on him he didnt want to stand , well he said he was standing. However he wasnt the officers then dragged him to the car (as shown in the video). I gave a witness account to Officer Whitenack. I manged to get out of her that they heard from the walkie talkies and he started in the library. He was just strolling by saying "You guys act like you never seen life before". I wish I was making this shit up.
